About Epson Robots
Epson® Robots first came to the North and South American market in 1984 as the Epson Factory Automation Group and began to share its expertise in high-precision small parts assembly with other manufacturers worldwide. Originally created to support internal automation needs, our robots are now busy at work in thousands of manufacturing facilities throughout the world.
For the past 32 years, Epson Robots has lead the industry in small parts assembly applications and has pioneered many industry firsts, including PC-based controls and compact SCARA robots. Our focus is building robots and automation products that support the manufacturing strategies put in place by the top manufacturers around the world.
High-performance parts-feeding solution with easy integration.
Powered by Epson® robots, IntelliFlex Software, and Vision Guide, the IntelliFlex Feeding System delivers a simplistic feeding solution to accommodate a wide variety of parts. Integrated with Epson RC+® Development Software, the IntelliFlex Feeding System offers easy setup and configuration. Its point-and-click interface helps reduce the typical development time required for advanced applications. Available in four feeder sizes, it accommodates parts ranging from 3 mm to 150 mm. Intelligent auto-tuning offers fast setup for flexible parts changeover and, multi-axis vibration technology provides optimized parts control and singulation.
